How can we keep a global workforce connected and engaged? 

 

As MAN Energy Solutions expanded its operations worldwide, maintaining strong communication across locations became increasingly complex. Employees working in different countries and departments often faced barriers to timely information, collaboration, and engagement.

MAN Connected: Empowering global communication

 

Together with Empact, MAN Energy Solutions launched MAN Connected, a mobile app designed to simplify communication and support employees wherever they are.

Through personalized blog feeds tailored to departments and countries, every user receives relevant updates and insights. Built-in social features, such as likes and comments, allow for dialogue and connection, creating a more engaging communication culture.

Moreover, integrated tools like the Phonebook and Travel Security modules give employees quick access to key contacts and assistance, ensuring both connectivity and safety when on the move. Altogether, MAN Energy Solutions established a digital channel that strengthens its culture, supports collaboration, and helps every employee stay informed and valued.
