Together, Empact and Pratt & Whitney developed the Deployment Tool, a client/server-based software designed to centralize program management and reporting. The system connects departments, risks, and objectives within a unified digital workspace—providing leaders with up-to-date insight into deployment status and resource utilization.
Through the Deployment Tool, teams can identify issues early, maintain synchronized timelines, and streamline communication across large-scale international projects. The solution integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, ensuring consistency and traceability from planning to execution.
